1. Scope

The website https://globalhitechfilms.gr presents Global Hi-Tech Films in Greece under the trading name Global Films Greece. The publisher is FILMORAMA S.A. (FILMORAMA Α.Ε.), Ιωνίας, 570 09 Καλοχώρι, Θεσσαλονίκη.

The site is informational and professional. It is not an online shop. You cannot complete a purchase, payment or basket from these pages.

2. Catalogue, prices and orders

Public product pages show range and technical facts. They are not a binding offer to a consumer.

Prices an approved partner may see in the portal or catalogue are sample figures until a commerce system is connected. They are not an official Filmorama price list and they do not create an order.

Orders, stock, shipping and invoicing happen off this website, with the Filmorama team, under the commercial terms that apply to each partner.

The company may correct descriptions, photographs and technical data without notice. We aim for accuracy; we do not warrant that every page is complete at every moment.

3. Intellectual property

Marks, logos, photographs, text, layout and software on the site belong to Filmorama, Global Hi-Tech Films or the relevant owners. Browsing does not grant a licence to copy or use them commercially.

Approved partners may use marketing files supplied inside the portal only to promote Global Window Films products, without altering the mark, unless written permission is given.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and without disrupting it. Unauthorised data scraping, bypassing access controls, sending malware and submitting false form data are forbidden.

Technical information and installation guides are general. Correct application depends on the vehicle or building, the tools and the installer’s training. The company is not liable for damage from incorrect installation by third parties.

5. Partner portal

The portal opens only for accounts Filmorama has approved. Submitting the public application does not create a right to approval or a login.

Login details are personal. The partner is responsible for use of the account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prices, datasheets, sample lists and other portal material are confidential. Do not post them publicly or pass them to competitors or the general public without permission.

The company may suspend or close an account if the relationship ends, if there is abuse, or for security reasons.

6. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available. There may be outages, maintenance or errors. Content is provided “as is”.

To the extent the law allows, the company is not liable for indirect loss, data loss or lost profit from use or inability to use the site. Liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or where the law forbids a limit, is not excluded.
